We clearly mark the intensity level for each room, and our staff can provide additional details to help you choose the room that matches your comfort level.
Absolutely! All teams receive up to 3 hints during their game. Our Game Masters monitor your progress and can provide tailored hints when requested through the in-room communication system. We design our hints to guide you in the right direction without spoiling the satisfaction of solving puzzles. Some teams prefer to challenge themselves without hints, while others use them strategically - both approaches are completely valid, and we adjust our hint delivery to match your team's preference.

Don't worry - many teams don't escape within the time limit, especially on their first attempt! If you don't solve all the puzzles before time expires, your Game Master will enter the room to walk you through the remaining puzzles and reveal the conclusion to the story. You'll have a chance to see how close you came to escaping and learn the solutions to any puzzles that stumped your team. We find that many players enjoy this debrief as much as the game itself, as it provides closure and often leads to those "oh, we almost had it!" moments.
